PTC Return and GTT Returns

So recently I decided to return to PTC and begin posting there a bit again since my good friend Pete, an admin there, is bringing back their tournament the GTT in the very near future.

I'd been away from PTC since December after a silly bet was allowed to get out of hand, about 99.9% my fault in fact, and I stayed away from there entirely for several months before finding out that Pete would in fact be running another GTT this year. It just so happens the return of GTT was the one thing I'd penciled in as being the only thing that would get me to return to PTC so since it's returning, so have I.

Now with that said i'd like to say it's great to hear that GTT is returning. This is the premiere event in PTC's history. A tournament like no others that brings anywhere from 64 participants all the way up to well over 100. They're always exciting to follow, and take part in, and they're always full of amazing competition.

Some of the past winners include Angelo Deville, Rich Rollins, and Jason Snow. Snow was the winner of the last tournament which took place, I believe, in 2006 or 2007. He's a great writer who will be entering again this year to try and defend that GTT title, which has never been done before.

In the near future I'll do a post breaking down a few of the favorites for this tournament, should they join. There are quite a few names out there who would be early favorites to win the event.

This post is all over the place, I know, and not well thought out but I'm only just beginning to get into this idea of blogging so hopefully I'll be able to improve with every blog.
